Therapy is a space to slow down, get curious, and practice new ways of responding. It is not only about talking through change, but about learning how to live it.
Our sessions balance reflection and action. We explore how patterns formed, why they persist, and what helps interrupt them. The goal is to build tools that support change in real, sustainable ways.
I bring a grounded, collaborative style with both structure and openness. You can expect honesty, warmth, and steady encouragement, especially when growth feels uncomfortable.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a consistent space to explore patterns that keep you cycling through the same emotions, behaviors, or relationship struggles.
Our work focuses on building emotional regulation, self-trust, and resilience. I draw from DBT-informed tools such as mindfulness and behavioral skill-building to support meaningful, lasting change.
Whether you are feeling anxious, reactive, overwhelmed, or disconnected, therapy is a place to reconnect with yourself and move toward what matters most to you.

DBT Skills Training
These sessions are well suited for people who want therapy that feels more structured or skill-based.
We integrate the core DBT skill areas of mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness in ways that are directly relevant to your life.
You can expect to leave sessions with practical tools and a clearer sense of how to use them day to day.
While DBT-informed therapy is a core part of my approach, it isn’t the right fit for everyone at every stage. Early sessions include collaborative assessment to determine what type of therapy and level of care will be most supportive. If DBT-informed work isn’t appropriate, we’ll talk openly about alternative options.

Behavioral and Pattern-Based Work
Some people come to therapy wanting support around patterns that feel compulsive, hard to control, or driven by avoidance. This might show up in how you cope with stress, numb difficult feelings, or seek relief—sometimes through overconsumption, substances, or getting stuck in cycles with technology or distraction.
Our work focuses on increasing awareness, building tolerance for discomfort, and expanding choice. The emphasis is on understanding what these patterns are doing for you and creating new options without shame or judgment.

DBT-PE
For clients with trauma histories who would benefit from structured trauma processing, I also offer DBT-PE (Dialectical Behavior Therapy–Prolonged Exposure). DBT-PE integrates trauma exposure work with strong skills-based support, prioritizing safety, stability, and emotional regulation throughout the process.
This approach is especially helpful for individuals who experience intense emotional responses, avoidance, or self-protective behaviors alongside trauma symptoms.
